How do I create an account?
Welcome to Brotherhood Books!
To shop on our website, you will need to create an account with us using your email address. You can either create an account with us at the top of the homepage in the beginning, or after you have selected your books and ready to check out. After you have created an account with us, our website will remember your address, so you won’t have to fill in your address next time when you come back.
How do I make a purchase?
If you see a book you would like to purchase, click on ‘view’ below the book cover, and it will take you into the book details page. In the book details page, you should see a table that says ‘Select a book’, with book condition, publishing year, price, vendor and quantity. Choose the number of copy you would like to purchase, then click on ‘add to cart’ to put the book into your shopping cart.
After you have finished selecting, click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ to make your payment. Create an account with us if you haven’t, or you could login with your email address.
How do I pay?
You can either pay via PayPal or with your credit card.
Payment confirmation
You will receive an automated email that confirms your order and payment. If you do not receive the email, that means your order was not placed successfully. In this case, please try ordering again, or contact us.
Can I return the books I purchased?
As all our books are pre-loved, we do not accept returns due to the condition of the books. If the book is sent to you by mistake, we will refund to you upon the receipt of the book at:

Please note that we do not refund postage charges.
Cancellation
You have 24 hours after your payment to cancel your order if you decided not to go on with the purchase. If you decided to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will refund the full amount to you.
